My purpose is to help people develop their leadership skills with structured leadership coaching programs. Sometimes a leadership mentoring approach may be what you are looking for.

With focused and structured leadership coaching we can tackle specific issues and you get the benefit of my specific experience and expertise. However, with my experience of leadership mentoring and development within the workplace I can support you to develop your thinking, offer broad advice and connect you with further learning opportunities.

12 Month Online Leadership Mentoring & Development Program - £900 in full or £80 per month

Consisting of 60 minutes one-to-one, face to face online via Zoom Video Conferencing per month.

Which Do You Need?

You may already know which relationship would serve you best right now. If you are not sure here are some things to consider:

What stage are you at?

Are you new to a leadership role? A mentor who can help you with your basic concerns and challenges may be just what you are looking for. You don’t really know right questions to ask and you want advice as you get started.

As you mature in your role the issues may become more specific, in which case a coach with specific expertise in the problems you are working through will be appropriate. A coach can work on strategies and point out blind spots a mentor may lack perspective on.

But, where ever you are in your executive leadership journey a mentor or coach

Identify your needs.

If you can identify a specific need, a coach will be just what you need. For example, if your team has specific performance issues that need to be addressed a coaching package designed to work through those issues is your best bet.

If you aren’t yet sure of a particular need and want general advice, then a mentor is what you need.

You can have it all.

This doesn’t have to be an either/or situation.

In my longer term coaching packages we will develop trust and will cross between mentoring and coaching at times.

Having someone in your corner who’s both a coach and mentor is extremely beneficial. I can shift from general mentor to proactive coach, depending on the circumstance.
